The latest...
I love your music so much. Your guitars
on White Lion
songs admired me for long time. Even it's hard to find
your works in my country (Thailand) but I still try to
collect them. Many friends of mine love your music
too.
I am very please to hear that you're well and hope you
enjoy your life. It will be more please if you have
new songs for your fans around this world. I miss the
sound of your guitar too much.

Hello Vito,
I have always been impressed with you as a musician. The
interview, you
gave, made me appreciate you more as a person. It is my
sincere hope
that you get everything worked out in your personal life
and that your
hand heels up. For me, as a guitar player, I would like
to see you
release whatever music you want in any style you choose.
About White
Lion, Mike can run it into the ground all he wants; but
that will never
take away your contribution to the "real" White
Lion (the one with you
in it). At the risk of sounding sappy...I want you to know
that you
have made a difference in my life and I appreciate everything
you have
done thus far. Take care my friend.

Vito how are you doing? My name is Johnny
Venturo. We met a few times at
Q107 in Toronto. I am a friend of Joey Vendettas. We hung
out a Rock n Roll
heaven with Greg and James on Yonge Street. Just wondering
if you are still
playing? Or working on anything? If you are ever in Toronto
gimme a shout so
we could put together a jam session at my studio. Would
love to hear what’s
been happening over the last 15-20 years.
Take Care,
Johnny Venturo

Greetings Vito.
I may not know you personally, but I have been a friend
of your music for years! I still remember when my PRIDE
cassette was stolen off the dash of my Chevelle parked in
front of the local stereo shop back in 89'. In retro, my
Ipod is littered with your work. I would have given my left
testicle to have seen you LIVE! Growing up in a smalltown
in NW USA, kinda of was like was being on a deserted island.
The latest news was thru Circus mag or "Guitar for
the practicing Musician." But over the past few years,
I have collected all of Lion's CD's and DVD's. I play guitar
a little myself, some of the first licks I learned was from
"WAIT". Your music has been a major influence
on me...... It is so great to hear from you and to see that
your doing good. I might say that father time has treated
you well, you still look good. Please keep in touch with
us, your fans Vito. We have missed you.

Vito...hey man it's great to hear you're
back around!
So listen, we've actually met several times although the last
time was "back in the day" when I interviewed the
band at Atlantic Records in New York. Normally I would doubt
if you'd remember, but that day we called your old friend
(and still one of my best friends),Lennie Rizzo...so maybe
that might jar your memory,dunno.
Anyway, I want to keep this brief so the reason I'm sending
this email is to let you know he's been trying to get in touch
with you. He's been after Bruce (Dreamer) for your number
but for whatever reason hasn't been able to.
Lennie doesn't have access to a computer at the moment (no,
he's not in prison) so I told him I'd email ya for him. I
don't want to just email his phone # to ya since this email
might get posted but would be more glad to forward it to ya
if you'd like.
I've been a tattoo artist for about ten years now, so can
reach me through this email address or my tattoo shop myspace
page. The url is http://www.myspace.com/americaninktattoos
And that's about it...I really hope you're doin' well.
Thanks for your time bro, hopefully i'll talk to ya soon!

Hey Vito i heard the interview with eddie.
and if you should read this i want to say thank you, to you
and the crew of White Lion for getting me through my darkest
hour. i went through Chemotherapy and a stem-cell transplant
for a year and a half between the years 2001 and 2002. And
being in hospital for 21 days at one time. The only thing
that i could handle was listening to White Lion and you playing
your guitar. I couldn't even eat but i was listening to the
songs.
i saw the group in 89 at Alpine Valley for the "World
Of Series Of Rock."
there was this guy sitting behind me and my buddie. well i
only came to see you guys to the truth. and when you guys
were about to take the stage, this guy says " their one
of those tinnie bopper bands" me and my buddie turned
around and nearly beat the begezzers out of him. White Lion,
Skid Row, Tesla, Bullit Boys, and Posion. Man what a great
day that was, and something i'll always remember. Thanks again.

VIIITOOOOOO YOU FREAKIN' ROCK!! Here is
something you might not know of....I went to a trip to the
Philippines...and little I knew that White Lion is so loved
out there! I listened to so many tunes from Pride that really
made me think "what an awesome musician/guitar player
Vito is" since I am a musician, my foreign relatives
were asking me to play a few parts from "Wait's"
solo and from "Tell Me" but I had to say...there
is only one man that can rock to these tunes like it should
"Vito Bratta". Vito YOU GOT TO COME BACK SIR!!!!
not only for us American Fans but for the whole WORLDDDD!!!
You are missed a great deal. What an elegant and classy musician
you are....wish you could bring back those days!!!
Miss you a lot ...CuzZ

of White Lion In high school. I will admit that when you guys
opened for KIss on the Pride Tour I had no idea who White
Lion was. But when you guys came out it blew me away. I was
standing on your side of the stage and it was awsome. I am
glad you are healthy and hope to here some new music soon.
Maybe you can join Ratt on there tour this summer and take
Robins place (RIP). I think you and Warren would be great
together. Just a Thought Rock and Roar.

I'm a self-taught guitar player of over
20 years, and grew up in the 80s having played dozens of hair
metal songs in garage bands. One thing I REALLY appreciate
about Vito's playing now, as Ive matured as a musician, and
when I go back and listen to Pride, in particular, is:
You (Vito) and Carlos Cavazo of Quiet Riot
brought such an important element of guitar playing that we
don't hear often and that is the spanish guitar influence.
Lady of the Valley is a prime example. As a fan and as a guitar
player who appreciates the unique, I would truly, truly love
to hear a 'guitar' album of your playing. I remember a long
time ago in an interview someplace you mentioned your love
for Andres Segovia. Although I'm not familiar with his music
(yet) , it's SO REFRESHING to hear that influence in your
playing.
I think it's safe to say that lyrically,
alot of songs just aren't saying a whole lot... which may
be why I'm listening to more Larry Carlton and Armik for enjoyment.
I would love to see you escallate to that exceptional calibur
of diversity. YOU'VE GOT "IT"!!!
I love that guitar sound on Pride - the
ESP w/ JB humbucker and HS-3 neck. And would love to hear
you play acoustic and/or nylon. The colors you weave between
the spanish and the Jimmy Page is something I don't hear
alot of, and frankly I have been working on THAT on my own.
Whatever you do Vito, we love ya. But your
guitar is a voice. And GOD knows we need to hear an instrument
that speaks, once again... amidst all the noise that passes
for music, and the dark and/or infantile lyrics that pollute
mainstream radio.
God Bless

Please come back and make that awesome music that we all miss.

your solos moved me in ways that words cannot express. If
you are happy with your life now thats awsome and I wish you
great success in whatever you do. You were and still are the
greatest in my mind. The first and only solo I ever played
was when the children cry...Your awsome and I hope you never

your gift on to someone...they might just be the next Vito

Thanks for all the great music.

Hey, man, if you're out there...feel like
I grew up with you, and well maybe I did. And ended up in
a similar place. (Jersey. Sans Band.)
I'm 35 now, used to sing, now I'm lying
low and letting life settle down a bit. The eighties were
a crazy cranked up time, hard to get people who didn't live
through it to understand. And life gets complicated too. It's
not too big a stretch for me to imagine why you're not wanting
to dredge up the past and jump on the whole resuscitate the
eighties bandwagon. Though it means not hearing you play,
thanks for having the integrity to do what you want to do.
But if you ever get the urge to pick up
your axe again, I for one would love to hear what you come
up with. With or without Mike and the rest, your music would
be amazing, I have no doubt. I would come up with flattering
comparisons if I thought it would mean a better chance of
hearing new work from you, but there are no comparisons, living
or dead.
You are missed.
Rock on, to your life-music of choice, and
know you have serious fans who will continue to shower you
with respect from afar.

I saw you guys open up for Stryper in Cape
Giradeua, MO sometime around '88 when I was 12 or 13. I wore
the White Lion t-shirt with the big lion on the front until
it finally wore out or I outgrew it. I think my mom probably
threw it away, although she was cool enough to take us to
the concert. My ears rang for at least a day or two afterward
- crazy. I pretty much just listen to Christian music now,
but I went back and listened to some of White Lion stuff on
i-Tunes. I still get the same rush listening to the guitar.
Thanks for the memories and God bless you.

Vito,
Though it's said you'll probably never read this or any other
letter posted here I thought I'd try, if only to show my appreciation
to others. I'm a 17 year old guitarist from Sheffield, England
and a huge fan of the 1980s music scene. But there's one man
who stands out. That man is you. Sweet Little Loving is officially
one of the greatest sounding guitar solos of all time. You're
a god amongst men, please come back into the business, the
world needs a guitarist to wipe out this Indie crap, you're
our man!

5 years ago I was
in a pub watching a band boasting about Vai and Malmsteen.
After many beers I went for a kebab and whilst very drunk
chewing on a kebab I engaged in a guitar chat with a random
guy. He said " Vito Bratta" - I went home and slept.
For years I had flashbacks of that night and last week I punched
his name into google and youtube - and what I heard was what
I have been looking for, but never found in years - the most
melodic and bloody collest guitar solos of all time. I bought
the CD instantly - now my friend, I will spend a long time
studying your technique and adopting your soloing concepts.
I have been a full-time guitar tutor for 5 years, and I am
about to spread the word 'Vito' to all my students - Satriani
will always be my god - but my friend - you fill in the blanks
that Satriani left out!!!!!!! Brilliant!!!! I'm gonna buy
all ur CD's and I hope each one has just 'one' special moment
- that'll be enough!!!!!
Mike Platt.

Hey Vito, hope you read these. You are the
only non-active musician
who gets this much love and so many "hi's" from
people from all over.
That goes to say somethin'!!
I tried so many times to play while listening to your songs,
but I
would always stop to just listen! Man, so fluent and graceous
playing
is almost not human! They say you are now a family man,
and I say good
for you! If that makes you happy, even if it makes us unhappy,
I'm OK
with it. Bless you and your family.
Greg, ex New Yorker, now in Cyprus, Europe.
Always a fan.

Hi Vito,
I am one of the many metal fans of the 80s
who still believe Rock'n Roll is
not dead ... yet!
The power and emotions HM brought are gone since people
decided to listen to
computers and drum
machines. But the old boy metal is beating, I am sure. Just
remember the
"ol' days" when Iron Maiden or the
Monsters Of Rock came to town: no rules - just a fuckin'
good time! Every
week all stations were broadcasting new
videos and music was all the RAGE !!
I can still remember when you were playing this fabuluos,
headless guitar
with 12 (or 16 ?) strings and
made my day. Sure , you might have good reasons to hide
from the community
and don't want to end up like many of the
rockstars of the past. But isn't it people like you who
MADE metal ? Wasn't
it for you to make your own future ?
Look at Motley Crüe, L.A. Guns and all the other cocksuckers
who didn't
play for 15 years and still think they're stars.
Well, they are not and probably never were. Why? Because
they don't have
YOUR talent and YOUR spirit.
C'mon, gut the day rolling and start something ! You don't
want to be an
unhappy shop assistant and eat at Wendy's for
the rest of your live, right ? Put People's Magazine aside
and talk to David
Geffen. Soon !
Oh, and give my regards to your loved ones. Whatever you
do, have fun !
Cheers !

, booze , and things men should ever tell their wives. I spent

How are you doing?
I am one of your fans.
I am really admired you in arranging the melody together

By the way, do you play with other band at the moment or
you have your own solo album?
Looking forward to your correspondence.

Vito, your chord inversions,
the way you thaught us to circumvent odd
harmonic pileups, while using suspended, even sort of minor,
chord shapes.
Vito, the fluidness and articulation of your soloing, that
gives you the
john coltrane impact on the metal lexicon.
Vito, if only because of "wait", and just that
song.
Vito, i wish you the best, and send to you all the blessings.
Vito, the uniqueness of your playing, your harmonic and
melodic structure. for all of the above, Vito, thank you
so very much.

In 1989 I saw a video
on MTV that would forever change my life. That video was "Little
Fighter." There has always been something magical about
that song and I can never explain what it is, but fortunately
for those of us who are your fans, we don't have to explain
it...we already know. From that moment on my life would never
be the same. I was 10 years old. There would only be one more
White Lion album to be released after "Big Game,"
and I have always wondered what it would have been like to
have at least one more White Lion album. To hear the melody
of your guitar harmonizing against the sound of Mike Tramp's
vocals is something we all would have wanted to hear again.
Every White Lion album was like a ritual for us. There were
tons of other bands at the time who were more well-known,
but White Lion had something they didn't. Whether it was the
glamour of the MTV videos or the amazing songs that would
be recorded, White Lion was definitely one of my favorite
bands of all-time. To this day, I still feel like I'm back
in my safety zone everytime I hear a White Lion song. Again,
I don't know how to explain it, but I'm glad that I don't
have to. I can say that we all would love to have a White
Lion reunion, but we also respect your wish to be out of the
spotlight. And I sincerely wish you well in whatever path
you choose to take.
So Vito, thank you for all the wonderful music you've given
us. It truly is...an inspiration. You will always be a legend.

VITO my friend and
inspiration, My name is joe and i used to go see you at the
old fountain casino in new jersey and many other clubs in
nj and ny when you were in a band called DREAMER .and we became
friends in a way due to the fact i told you many times what
an amazing musician and guitarist you were and we used to
chat on occasion back stage and you would actually let me
check out that awesome fender start you played I saw you a
few times with WHITE LION and you always gave a whats up to
me from the stage .very last time i saw you was at the RITZ
in NYC. Im very good friends with your old DREAMER singer
LENNY RIZZO we jam a lot and his voice is so awesome still
.he showed me old pics he has of DREAMER from the day and
we both always question where you are and whats going on?
I know a lot about the music business and im sure you had
good reason to do what you did .But vito i hope to one day
bump into you somewhere and just thank you for making my early
years of playing guitar and being the musician i am today.
You always had a great attitude towards myslf and others around
you when we were just talking I still live in nj and hear

Vito,
We probably haven't
seen each other since High School, but
interestingly enough your name has come up in conversation
with
several people over the last month or so. I left Staten
Island about
10 years ago, lived all over the city for awhile and am
presently
living in Charlotte.
Well I thought I'd
drop this note, maybe you'll see it. Hope you're
still making music.

I'M A SECOND GENERATION
WHITE LION FAN AND BASICALLY REALLY RESPECT UR PLAYING STYLE.
I'M 29 AND HAVE ONLY BEEN PLAYING FOR 2 YEARS AND WAS LOOKING
FOR TABLATURE ON SOME OF UR OLD SONGS (ESPECIALLY THE STEVIE
RAY VAUGHN TRIBUTE) I UNDERSTAND SHIT HAPPENS WITHIN THE MUSIC
INDUSTRY AND THATS WHY U WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT ANYMORE.
BUT BEING FROM NEW YORK ALSO I WAS HOPING TO ENCOURAGE U TO
AT LEAST MAYBE CONSIDER PUTTING OUT AN INSTRUCTIONAL DVD ON
PLAYING TECHNIQUES. YOU WERE A PHENOMEONAL GUITARIST, TAKE
CARE MAN!

I'm 17 and am a huge
fan of White Lion. I never had the chance see to you play
live. I really hope one day you can break out the gear and
hit the road again. You are my biggest influence and had got
me started playing guitar myself four years ago. I saw and
met Mike when he tryed to perform the WL songs again. I hear
he is doing it again and I think that so many people out there
would like to see the two of you play together again.

I honestly don't know
if Vito reads these "letters" but I hope he does
- if
only to see how much we miss him. I'm an old school/first
generation Lion
lover since growing up with them in the 80's. I'm admit
to finding out
about WL's break up the wrong way - watching a live DVD
and seeing Mike
give a tearful speech during the concert about the
breakup and how much
he'll miss Vito, etc . . . .
I'm not ashamed to say I got a little teary myself - I mean,
they were my
fav band before then and ever since !!
Sure, comparisons
between Vito and Eddie are inevitable but Eddie has
Eddie's sound and Vito has Vito's sound. Vito, you always
had a fluidity &
emotion flowing through your solos that Eddie (despite his
brilliance)
never quite matched.
Enjoy your "retirement".
While I wish you well (and love) part of me is
selfish and would love to see the original White Lion back
on the road . .

Hello Vito, I know
you don't really reply to stuff like this but I just
wanted to show my appreciation. You're one of my favourite
guitarists ever.
I know you get some crap for sounding too much like Eddie
Van Halen and
maybe you do, regardless to play like you or him you have
to have a special
talent. If I could learn to play Sweet Little Loving I'd
feel I'd
accomplished something amazing. Gonna see Tramp's White
Lion in December
here in my hometown, real shame you won't be there.

Hey Vito,
Here's an idea. As soon as you are done reading all of these
letters, I want you to pick up the phone....(thats right you
heard me)....and call Mike (dont think, just do it!). When
Mike answers, repeat the following "Mike its me Vito,
listen bro I've thinking over the past 15 years that maybe
we should quit acting like a bunch of pussies and get White
Lion back together". Mike will most likely reply "
Aww Vito, I love you man!! Yes....yes lets do it!!!! You call
James and Greg for me and I'll go tell these goons that I'm
playing with now to take a hike."
Okay now as soon as you hang up head over to the kitchen,
find your little black book of numbers (top left drawer I
believe). Once you find it, look up Greg's number (it will
be under D for D'Angelo) then look up James' number (that
would be L for Lomenzo) and call them one after another. Whatever
you do don't take no for an answer!!! I'm telling you Vito
you are the key, they're all sitting at home waiting for you
to make the call so lets get this going. Then you need to
get a hold of your agents and Atlantic Records and tell them
that White Lion is back together and your going to write some
kick ass songs....record them, and sell 12 million records
world wide. Now here's the kicker Vito...you have to make
me your tour manager.
Well....what do you think?? I'm telling you Vito you have
the talent to write and play whatever you want. As people
before me on this forum have already stated, you were extremely
under rated. You need Mike, James and Greg and nobody else....and
they all need you. White Lion was at its finest with the 4
of you at the helm so lets get this under way. Make sure you
email me back and let me know how things went.

Hey Vito,
If your out there then listen up! As soon as you are finished
reading these
letters I want you to go over to the telephone and call
Mike right now!
(don't think about it just do it) When Mike answers the
phone, the call will
sound something like this:
Vito: "Mike its
Me Vito, How is it goin' brother?"
Mike: "Vito,
its goin real shitty...life has no meaning without White
Lion"
Vito: "Yeah I
know what you mean bro, listen I've been thinking over the
past 15 years and I think that its time to stop acting like
a bunch of
pussies....we need to bring White Lion back!"
Mike: "Really??
Aww Vito (sniffling) I love you man!"
Vito: "Me too
bro"
Mike: "Listen
you get a hold of James and Greg right away...and I'll have
to
tell the goons that I'm playing with now to take a hike!"
Vito: "sounds
good, talk to you in a bit"
When Mike gets off
the phone I want you to go to the kitchen and get your
little black book of numbers (top left drawer I believe)and
look up James
and Greg. Greg will most likely be under D for D'Angelo
and James should be
under L for Lomenzo. Call them one after the other and dont
take 'no' for an
answer. Then call up your agent along with Atlantic Records
and get the ball
rollin. You're an extremely talented guitarist and I have
faith in you. You
need Mike, James and Greg (no one else) and they need you.
You guys need to
redefine yourselves and record the album of albums. Okay
hopefully my little
pep-talk has helped. By the way I wanna be your tour manager
when you're up
and runnin. Email me and let me know how it goes.

Dear Vito,
No more excuses: we
want you back!
Your melodic guitar
parts and amazing solos are the signature of a style that
none else had the chance to equal. When I learned Little Fighter’s
and Broken Heart main riffs and solo parts, I was like a child
in from of a big Xmas tree full of gifts. We don’t know
anything about you, after the band’s split.Would you,
please, come back for us, pick your guitars up again, turn
the amps loud and…just rock the World?
We wait….Friendly
regards!

Hey,
I just bought a Whitelion DVD and remembered how great it
was listening to Vito Bratta play guitar. It's really too
bad that he's not putting anything out there anymore considering
the options available through the internet and stuff. You
don't even need a record deal any more and he's definitely
got a following. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if
part of the reason he's no longer doing the guitar thing is
because of the shit that happens on the road and with fame,
I understand but there are definitely other ways. We have
people like Jason Becker who can no longer play and it would
be sad if the world could no longer hear Vito Bratta when
he still has the ability to do it. Then again, if he's content
with his life, good luck to him and I hope he knows that he's
definitely touched people all over the world with his music
ability and creativity.
Regards,
Frank

Mr. Bratta.
Dont you think that you have a responsability to those of
us, who paid to watch your shows, bought all your cds, were
stuck in our rooms(are still stuck in our rooms) trying to
figure out licks you wrote? I remember an article I read way
back when that said you were calling it quits, cause of the
producers and heads saying you sucked, after you had spent
days, weeks, months, and years practicing. Well, fuck them.
Why even bother with them? Im sure if you put out a solo record
independantly, youd be a wealthy man. None of us think you
suck, so please, at least let us know whats happening.

Hi,
I'm french, 34 years old and I play guitar till the age of
14.
I was just starting when I discovered BIG GAME. I was smashed,
After Eddie, I had never heard something like that........Lots
of people used to compare both of you, for me you're very
differents. The same energy burns in your hands but you have
something more.....I think it's a question of melody. I've
been listening to your solos for 20 years and it's still magic.
Each track is perfect...i've never seen you on stage but I
know that it's still the same. When the band splitted, I was
sad, like others fans, and I still expect....maybe one day.....
I know I'm not the first one to write these words, but yesterday
I heard for the 1000 times "If my mind is evil"
and I decided to find a link for writing my feelings.
Keep on playing......Thanks for all....You have crossed theses
years, still in our hearts, in our minds....touching people
all over the world with your music....simply magic!

Vito,
I hope this message
finds you well. I would like to let you know that I've been
a big fan of yours since the first time I heard your music.
I remember in the late 80's watching a White Lion video and
thinking to myself that this is a truly unique and talented
guitar player. Your playing stuck with me from then, through
the grunge movement, until now where the guitar seems to be
more of a prop than an instrument. Good guitar players were
common then, even so, you really stood out. I understand not
wanting to live the life of a rock star anymore, but I hope
you still play. Take care my friend! :)

Dear Vito,
I hope all is great
with you.
I am from New Jersey
and have been a fan of White Lion since the start. I am 43
years old and play guitar. I don’t have a band, I just
practice and play for the love of the guitar. I wanted to
let you know you are my favorite guitar player and the reason
why I started playing guitar. Your playing style is just amazing
and inspirational. You play with your Heart and Soul, with
such Emotion and Feeling. And then you top it off with blazing
speed. You put the whole package together, Melody with Speed.
You make the guitar sing with feeling.
I have seen you play
at many times in NY at L'Amours and the Ritz. I have watched
you over the years progress into a Great guitar player.
I wanted to let you know I really miss your playing. You
still have fans that love your music. I really hope to hear
you play again.
I have been playing
guitar for 3 years now. I started late in life at 40. I
never had a teacher. I wish I did. So I bought a few video’s
and book’s and learned from that. In the last 3 years
I have purchased White Lion Tab books and am trying to get
down your amazing style and riffs.
It’s hard with
my job but I at least try to get an hour a day in. More
on weekends. I have the guitar on my mind all day. It is
in my heart.
Thank you.

Vito,
I was a huge fan of your guitar playing with White Lion in
the '80's. These songs are not dead in my book, indeed, they're
loaded into my MP3 player and I listen to them regularly.
I've played rock guitar for close to 30 years, and you're
one of the best rock guitarists I've ever heard. Your rhythm
playing was wonderfully complex, and your solos were as close
to melodic perfection as one could get. I'm also an Eddie
Van Halen fan, but I thought that he should have taken a clue
from you on how to craft the perfect rock guitar solo. I think
it was a shame that you didn't receive the aclaim that you
deserved. If you ever tour, please come to San Diego, I'll
be there rocking out. Thanks for the great music, don't ever
let the music die.
Kind Regards,
Mick Soriano

Hello ! I'm Roger
from Belgium; at first I think this site is magic and a real
dream for me .
How are you Vito, I eat with you (ever a Track of WL play
in the kitchen), I wake up with you (Automaticcaly with WL
song), I drive with you (All Tracks on MP3 in my car), I learn
on my Computer PC with you on screen saver and more and more....
and this since twenty years ! My girlfriend is crazy about
your music and a lot of friends too. The only consolation
is to see Mike in our country, but he could be better stop
to play White Lion's songs ! Without you it's finish Vito,
let this music like it was Mike, please ! Nobody will take
the place of Vito, he is and will be forever the only guitar
player of White Lion ! I've never meet you but I want to fly
one time on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean only for
an hour with you Vito, I've a lot of questions, about your
materiel, guitar, bands, technic, melody, .......May be you
'll come one day in Belgium (Like in 1990 in Gent "Vooruit"
with the Band "Pink Cream 69", do you remember !
) See you is my best hope , Vito .
Are you now playing ?; I'm sure that YES, it's impossible
that a guitarist like you play nothing !
Thank's a lot to all
the fan's and Thank you Vito to be that you are ! (Excuse
my English)

Vito, I think it's
safe to say that you're the most talented under rated artist
alive right now. As you can tell by the many postings and
fan sites out there, we all love you. I'd just like to say,
as an artist who's also no longer in the music field due to
creative differences and too many bad memories, I respect
what you've decided; more than that I can understand as well.
I remember growing up I always heard my stepdad blasting all
the good old songs, weather it was coming home from school
to hear "Don't Give Up" or "Broken Heart"
from a block away or working with him in the garage to the
likes of "Little Fighter" and "All Join Our
Hands." That's the way I remember you guys; the soundtrack
to the goodtimes before it all went bad. I may only be 20
years old, but thinking back to a time not so long ago I bet
you can remember yourself at my age. What's changed? 20 years,
a few gray hairs, and a hell of a lot of wisdom and experience.
You've got to miss all the fun times and good parties just
as much as you'd like to forget the bad times and broken promises.
You're a good musician, and a true artist Vito, and if I knew
you in real life I'd shake your hand for that. Anyone can
use a talk box and a wah wah pedal, but you're the only person
who can make a guitar really tell a real story; laugh, sing,
and also cry. You were a legend in your own time and you'll
never be forgotten. People like you never lose the talent,
no matter what. From one artist to another, thank you... for
the emotion, the inspiration, and most of all, the music.
We love you Vito. Take care of yourself out there.

Vito,
I stumbled along this
web site, and I must say I was impressed. I've missed hearin'
you play! My band does cover some of White Lion's stuff but
we can't compare to your style and grace. I know you have
moved on in your life and would never interfere with anyone's
personal life, but where are you? We miss you as a guitarist
and, although I hope you are happy in your life the music
world really needs you now more than ever! I remember seeing
you in Boston Mass at the Channel it was one of my favorite
shows you ever put on, you signed my jacket and we talked
after the show. To you it was just another night, but to me
it was a chance of a life time! I met one of my idles that
night and now I wish I could find him again. So wherever you
are I hope you're happy and this email finds you well. As
a musician I'm sad not knowing if I'm ever going to hear you
play again!
Take care,
Rock On!

hey vito, your place
in rock guitar was assured a long time ago. you've got many
fans,[me included] that was blown away by all things vito.
i'm your age and have played all my life and am still amazed
at what you've done with those 6 strings. talk about natural
ability!! anyways you've moved on with your life and hopefully
have found your happiness, and we have no right to intrude
on your personal space... but your legions would of course
love to hear how your doin. that in itself is the greatest
commendment of all. take care

I, along with many
others adored your sweet touch and versatility with the guitar.
Your Radar love solo blows me away every time and i must have
heard it 1000 times or more.
Vito, where did you go, you were lost to me for so long, and
i hoped you were happy and still playing and fulfilling your
musical thirst. What does the future hold and will i hear
you again?
